California Wing Commander from 1 Mar 1974 - 30 Sep 1978. Colonel Barry later served as Pacific Region Commander (18 Nov 1983 - 13 Aug 1989) and CAP National Commander. General Barry was inducted into CAP's Hall of Honor in 1993.
